…………….Longer term………………….
4. Worldwide reduction of big box retail locations because that land needs to be used for housing or returned to the wild. (No one should be unhoused.)
[Some retail will remain – local, clothes, shoes, restaurants, concerts, sports – you name it – it is our culture… Times Square 🙂 but big box stores like Walmart and Target – most of that stuff can be online. They can compete with Amazon. …….Maybe the clothes/ shoes can stay, but things that can be ordered online need not take up valuable space.]
5. People will have to start living closer and closer to each other if they are going to continue to grow as a population. (I am not for the restriction of children. Each person will decide.)
There will be a need for more farmland.
6. No more using untouched land.
7. Plans to return more land to the animals/plants as we are able to do so by contracting human living spaces.
(Maybe if we create a world council in which each species is represented with humans holding just one seat, we will start to see our place.)
8. No GMOs/toxic pesticides – let mother Nature evolve her plants as she wishes. We are not a science experiment. People are sick. Bees are dying. Just stop already.
(I have made this pretty moderate, because I want it to actually happen, but one might also want to look into:
Free education for all in whatever the individual wants to do whether it be dancer or doctor to be started when chosen and appropriate with a base wage that is the same for all people and is advanced on merit. (Is not an hour of anyone’s time worth the same amount of money? A Doctor need not be paid more if that is the occupation that makes him happy and if the education was free – unless of course we need incentive for more doctors because germs are life-threatening. <3)
I know there is a lot more that science needs us to do, but just a start – as I said.
